Welcome to Urban Explorers, a DA community dedicated to the passtime (or obssession in some cases) of Urban Exploration.
What is Urban Exploration then? Its the exploration of man made buildings/structures that have been left abandoned/derelict. Hospitals, factories, mines/tunnels, bunkers, drains, etc all fall under the scrutiny of UE'rs worldwide. A visual fascination with urban decay along with a morbid curiosity (morgues), leads many of us to venture off the beaten track and away from the safety of the guided tours to investigate deeper/further. If the latter sounds familiar, then this maybe the community for you!
• So how do you join up? Just send us a note requesting membership to this community. We'll then check your page out for evidence of UE activities
and get back to you asap with a yay or nay!
• Submissions: If you'd like to submit one of your pieces to this community, be it photography, digital art, prose, etc. then please send a note with a link to your deviation and we will add it to the gallery, crediting you the artist and linking to you.
